Ghostward is an iPhone entertainment app: an EMF meter built on the magnetometer, a direction radar, a spirit-box sound generator, an EVP recorder with an audio lab, and an investigation timeline with report export. It is published on the App Store by NHANCIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Ghostward measures magnetic fields and plays and records audio. It cannot detect ghosts, spirits or the paranormal, and no reading, sound or report produced by the app should be taken as proof of anything.

Magnetic readings are affected by speakers, magnets, wiring, metal and electronics. The app’s hints about likely causes are general guidance, not measurements certified for any purpose.

Explore safely and only where you have permission to be. We are not responsible for injury, trespass or property damage arising from where or how you use the app.

Ghostward is free to download with the EMF meter, radar, spirit box, EVP recorder, flashlight, one saved investigation and three saved recordings.

Ghostward Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase of USD 4.99 that unlocks unlimited investigations and recordings, the full EVP lab and report export. It is tied to the Apple ID that bought it, can be restored on any device signed in with that Apple ID, and supports Family Sharing.

There is no subscription and there are no advertisements. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm anything, and those figures are the authoritative ones.

Apple processes all payments and refunds; request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app is licensed to you, not sold. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms sit alongside it.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law expressly permits.

You own the recordings, notes and reports you create. They stay on your device unless you share or export them. You are responsible for complying with recording and privacy laws where you record other people.

The spirit box and EVP lab include a volume limiter, but headphone volume is ultimately under your control. Keep volume at a comfortable level.

We may add, change or remove features and may stop supporting older iOS versions. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
