Privacy Policy

Ghostward has no account and no Ghostward server. Your investigations, EMF history, notes and EVP recordings are stored on your iPhone and nowhere else unless you choose to share or export them.

There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party SDK that transmits data. The App Store privacy label for Ghostward is Data Not Collected.

Ghostward is an entertainment app for ghost hunts, haunted-house tours and Halloween nights. It reads your iPhone’s magnetometer as an EMF meter, plays a procedurally generated spirit-box sweep, records EVP sessions and keeps them on one timeline.

Ghostward is published on the App Store by NHANCIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, which also operates this website and handles support for the app.

The EMF meter and radar use the magnetometer and motion sensors through Apple’s Core Motion framework. Readings are processed on the device in real time and only saved, as a per-second summary, inside an investigation you started.

Ghostward does not use location services and does not know where you are.

Ghostward asks for microphone access only when you tap Record. Recordings are saved as audio files inside Ghostward’s own storage on your device.

Recordings are never uploaded to us or to any third party. When you use Share or Export, the file goes only where you send it through the iOS share sheet.

The spirit box generates random noise shaped like speech sounds on your device. It contains no word lists, no pre-recorded voices and no network connection. Any words a listener hears are their own interpretation.

Ghostward Pro is a one-time purchase made through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2). Apple handles the payment and we never see your card details.

Apple provides the app with your purchase entitlement so Pro can be recognised and restored. There is no third-party purchases SDK in Ghostward.

No advertising, no advertising identifier, no analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, and no selling or sharing of personal information.

Apple may provide us with aggregated crash data through App Store Connect if you have chosen to share it with developers in iOS Settings.

If you email us for support, we receive what you choose to send and keep it only as long as needed for support, legal and business records.

Because your data stays on your device, you can delete it at any time inside the app or by deleting the app. For any request about support emails we hold, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Ghostward is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
