Scope and acceptance
These terms cover your use of the Approtic website and, where applicable, our apps, games and web products. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Individual products may have additional terms, licences or app-store conditions; those govern product-specific matters. Client projects are governed by their separately agreed scope and contract.
Using our services
Use the website and products lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious software, infringe others’ rights or misuse contact forms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for having permission to submit any content.
Products and availability
The portfolio includes released products, concepts, prototypes and work in development. Inclusion is not a promise of availability, release timing or particular features. Features and availability may change. Refer to the relevant product page and store listing for current requirements, pricing and terms.
Purchases and client work
App purchases and subscriptions are subject to the price, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown at purchase and the applicable store rules. Manage store subscriptions through your store account. Contacting Approtic does not create a paid engagement; client deliverables, fees, timelines and ownership must be agreed separately.
Intellectual property
Approtic and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding and website content, except where stated otherwise. You may use products within their applicable licence terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of our materials or of content you submit. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services and generated content
Products may link to or integrate third-party services with separate terms and privacy policies. Their availability is outside our control. Where a product offers AI-generated output, review it before relying on it; output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. Product-specific limitations are described in its own terms.
Privacy and children
Our Privacy Policy explains website data practices; individual apps may provide additional policies. Follow product age restrictions and applicable law. If you are not legally able to agree to terms yourself, a parent or guardian must review and authorise use where permitted.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide useful, reliable services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every product will meet every need. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without additional warranties, and Approtic is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens service security, subject to applicable law and any product-specific agreement. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes where required. The effective date identifies the current version.
Governing law and contact
