Setup and restore help for Tor Shield, Tor Browser: VPN+orNETOnion, and the shared Tor Duo entitlement.
Unlock Tor Shield
Purchase an eligible Tor Shield or Tor Duo plan, or start an eligible Apple trial. Without a verified entitlement, protection remains locked.
Enable the Safari extension
Open iOS Settings, choose Apps, Safari, Extensions, then enable Tor Shield and allow it on websites.
Restore Tor Duo
Use Sign in with Apple with the same identity in both apps, then tap Restore Purchases. Standalone Tor Shield restore does not require an account.
Email support
Include the app name, app version, iOS version, purchase type, and the exact step that failed. Do not email passwords or payment details.
