Setup help, common Safari extension checks, and contact details for Tomator Ad Blocker.
Enable the Safari extension
Open iOS Settings, choose Safari, then Extensions. Turn on Tomator and allow it for websites.
Reload Safari tabs
After changing rules, reload the affected Safari tab. Some pages need a fresh load before changes appear.
Check allowlist and rules
If a website still shows ads or a page looks broken, review your allowlist, enabled filter lists, and custom rules.
Does Tomator block ads in every app?
No. Tomator is a Safari content blocker. It is designed for Safari web pages, not ads inside every third-party app.
Why does the app say Safari is off?
The Tomator extension is disabled in iOS Settings or not allowed for websites yet. Turn it on from Settings > Safari > Extensions.
Why do some websites still show ads?
Websites change often, and Safari content blockers cannot remove every ad format. Keep the built-in lists enabled and reload the page after changes.
How do I cancel Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select Tomator.
