Privacy Policy

Sawhorse has no account and no Sawhorse server. Your business profile, clients, estimates, invoices, photos and signatures are stored on your iPhone or iPad and nowhere else.

There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party SDK that transmits data. The App Store privacy label for Sawhorse is Data Not Collected.

Sawhorse is an estimate and invoice maker for contractors and tradespeople. You build a document on your device, Sawhorse renders it as a PDF, and you choose how to send it (Messages, Mail, AirDrop or any share destination). Sawhorse never sends anything on its own.

Trade price books inside the app are editable reference figures, not quotes, and are bundled with the app; nothing is fetched from a server.

Sawhorse is published on the App Store by NHANCIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, which also operates this website and handles support for the app.

Your business details (name, contact details, license number, logo), your clients' names and contact details, the estimates and invoices you create, job-site photos you attach, signatures captured in the app, payments you record and your settings. All of it lives in Sawhorse's own storage on your device and is deleted when you delete the app or use Reset All Data in Settings.

Your clients' information is entered by you and used only to fill in the documents you create. It is not uploaded, shared or used for any other purpose.

Sawhorse asks for camera or photo library access only when you attach a photo, and for Contacts access only when you choose to import a client from Contacts. It does not use location services or the microphone.

When you share a PDF, the recipient receives what is on that document, including your business details and any client details, photos and signatures you placed on it. Sharing happens through the iOS share sheet and the app or service you pick; their privacy terms apply to the delivery.

Backups you export are files you control. Store them somewhere you trust.

Sawhorse Pro (one-time) and the 1-Year Pass are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2). Apple handles the payment and we never see your card details.

Apple provides the app with your purchase entitlement so a purchase can be recognised and restored. There is no third-party purchases SDK in Sawhorse.

No advertising, no advertising identifier, no analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, and no selling or sharing of personal information — yours or your clients'.

Apple may provide us with aggregated crash data through App Store Connect if you have chosen to share it with developers in iOS Settings.

If you email us for support, we receive what you choose to send and keep it only as long as needed for support, legal and business records.

Because your data stays on your device, you can delete it at any time inside the app or by deleting the app. For any request about support emails we hold, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Sawhorse is a business tool for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
