Lyrix displays time-synced lyrics for the music you play, with widgets, a Live Activity, song recognition, translation and listening history.

Lyrix is published on the App Store by VIIONR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Lyrics come from LRCLIB, a community-maintained database, and may be missing, incomplete, out of sync or inaccurate. Lyrics, song titles and artwork belong to their rights holders, and Lyrix displays them for your personal, non-commercial use.

Apple Music, Shazam and Spotify are trademarks of their owners. Lyrix is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Lyrix Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available weekly, monthly or yearly, and may include a free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm anything, and that price is the one you pay.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial period.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If you are inside a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged for the first paid period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Apple processes all payments and refunds. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bonus premium days earned through the referral programme are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, may be limited per device, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse. We may change or end the referral programme at any time.

Lyrix is licensed to you, not sold. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app and to any in-app purchase or subscription, and is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms sit alongside it, and where the two conflict, Apple's EULA prevails to the extent required.

You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or remove any notices from it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

Do not use Lyrix to copy, republish or sell lyrics, to break the law, or to interfere with the app or the services it connects to.

The Privacy Policy explains what Lyrix reads, which services it contacts and what stays on your device.

Lyrix depends on Apple Music, Spotify, ShazamKit and LRCLIB, which can change or become unavailable. We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

Lyrix is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the accuracy or availability of lyrics and third-party music services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
