Fair Split is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. All data you enter into the App remains on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.

We use information collected only for the following purposes: • To provide and operate the core features of Fair Split • To diagnose and fix bugs and crashes • To respond to your support requests • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share data with: • Service providers who help us operate the App (e.g. cloud hosting, AI processing), bound by strict confidentiality obligations • Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law • Successors in the event of a business merger or acquisition, with the same privacy obligations

We will never share your data with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

Because Fair Split stores all data locally on your device, you control data retention entirely. Uninstalling the App removes all associated data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including: • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) • On-device data protection using iOS Data Protection APIs • Regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

Fair Split may use the following categories of third-party services:

• Apple (App Store, StoreKit, CloudKit): governed by Apple's Privacy Policy • Crash analytics (e.g. Sentry or Firebase Crashlytics): anonymised error reports only

We do not embed advertising SDKs.

9. International Transfers

Approtic Solutions Private Limited is based in India. If you use the App from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your data may be transferred to and processed in India or other countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or on our website. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
