These Terms of Use govern your use of Bookilo. By downloading or using Bookilo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Bookilo is a personal library and reading-tracking utility. You may use it only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with Apple's App Store rules. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device secure.

Book metadata and covers may be supplied by Open Library or entered by you. Metadata can be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate, and cover images remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Bookilo does not sell, lend, unlock, download, or provide copyrighted books. A catalog record or cover image does not grant access to the book itself. Obtain reading material through a lawful seller, library, publisher, author, or other authorized source.

Bookilo version 1 stores your library locally and does not promise cloud synchronization. You are responsible for exporting any copy you need before deleting the app, erasing the device, or changing devices.

Bookilo is provided as is and as available. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approtic disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for lost reading records, unavailable third-party metadata, or indirect damages. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Bookilo's original software, interface, branding, and content belong to Approtic or its licensors. These terms grant only a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without obligation to you.

We may update these terms when Bookilo, App Store requirements, providers, or applicable law changes. The updated date identifies the current version. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
