Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026. DueVault is designed to keep bill data on your device.
Information collection
DueVault does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The app has no account system, analytics, advertising, bank connection, cloud service, or Internet permission.
Data stored on your device
Bill names, amounts, due dates, reminder choices, payment status, notes, and an optional display name are stored only in DueVault's private on-device storage.
Android backup and device-transfer extraction are disabled for this app. Deleting a bill removes it from the app, and uninstalling DueVault removes remaining local app data.
Notifications
If you grant notification permission, DueVault schedules local reminders on your device. It does not send reminder data to Approtic or another third party. Reminder content is marked private for lock-screen handling.
Permissions
DueVault requests notification permission only for local bill reminders. It does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone, files, financial accounts, advertising identifiers, or Internet access.
Financial notice
DueVault is an organizational tool, not a bank, lender, payment processor, financial adviser, or credit service. It does not move money or confirm payments. You remain responsible for confirming due dates and payment status with the relevant provider.
Children and changes
DueVault is intended for adults managing their own bills and subscriptions and is not directed to children. We will update this policy before changes that alter the app's data practices take effect.
