FieldLedger is an Android invoice app for Indian contractors and field service businesses. It is designed to help users create GST-ready invoices, save customer and job details, track invoice status, and export invoice PDFs.

FieldLedger is a local-first app. Its core invoice, customer, and business-profile data are stored on the user's device.

FieldLedger stores business profile details you enter, such as business name, owner name, GSTIN, city, WhatsApp number, invoice drafts, saved invoices, customer details, notes, line items, and invoice status data.

This information is stored locally on your Android device so the app can load your invoices, defaults, and customer quick-picks.

Approtic does not receive your invoice data, customer list, business profile, or job details through the app's core local invoice workflow.

If you contact Approtic for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, screenshots, app version, device context, and the issue description you provide.

When you export or share an invoice PDF, the file is generated locally on your device and shared through Android's share flow.

FieldLedger does not upload exported PDFs to Approtic servers as part of the local invoice export flow described in this version of the app.

FieldLedger does not include third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking code in its current local-first invoice workflow.

If analytics, crash reporting, cloud backup, or remote services are added in a later version, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

We do not sell your personal information.

Support emails or support messages may be retained only as long as needed for support, security, legal, and business record purposes. Data stored in the app remains on your device until you edit, delete, reset, uninstall, or otherwise remove it.

FieldLedger is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information to us through support, contact us and we will review the request.

We may update this privacy policy if FieldLedger changes or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show the latest version.
